Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with anything you purchase. However if you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, please return the goods to us and we will be happy to exchange them or refund you.

If you would like an exchange please email us on info@hendersonscountrysports.co.uk- with details of the item or items you would like to return and the replacement/s you would like in their place.

If you require a refund please ensure you use a reliable method/ courier for their return and insure them.

Return the goods in a saleable condition within 60 days of receipt in their original packaging with any labels attached.

Please e-mail info@hendersonscountrysports.co.uk if you receive a faulty item or have an item still covered by warranty.

We will identify with you the next steps in rectifying the issues.

PLEASE NOTE.

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund if the product is personalised as per the customer instructions.

IE if you make a spelling mistake - so ensure you check everything before sending the details.

Of course if it is our mistake we are happy to replace or refund.
