These terms of service apply to all purchases made through yourcustom.gifts, operated by Henderson's Engraving & Gifts, 6 Castle Street, Turriff, Aberdeenshire, AB53 4BJ.

1. Orders & Personalisation When placing an order for a personalised or engraved item, you are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (names, dates, text) are correct at the time of ordering. As personalised items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products unless they are faulty or not as described.

2. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

3. Delivery Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary during busy periods. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds Non-personalised items may be returned within 60 days of receipt in their original condition. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@yourcustom.gifts or call 01888 562428 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
